It all began in 1986 with one man and a dream.

Jerry worked for several years in Italian restaurants starting as a dishwasher and moving to cooking and creating pizzas. In 1986 he started his own restaurant in Lake Secor Mahopac NY. He ended up owning and operating eight more restaurants in New York. Many of his recepies were inspired by from his late grandmother "Nani Sarahfina Vecchio". Now he has returned to Horse Shoe North Carolina were 10 years ago he opened the former Villa Roma in the Horse Shoe plaza. He has remodeled the inside and opened the restaurant as Grazies Italian Pizza Pub.

His passion is serving New York Style Pizza and traditional Italian Dishes to everyone.
